Ekorrparken med Trojeborgen

Surrounding area: Ekorrparken med Trojeborgen is inside Skansen Open-air Museum. It is located north of the Restaurant Solliden. It is a five minute walk from the main entrance.

Age groups: The playground is most appropriate for preschool and middle school children.

Features: The playground was build in 2001, and renovated in 2016. A Trojeborg is a labyrinth made of stones placed in a pattern on the ground to look like a maze. The mill structure and acorns were built by the design group Monstrum which also designed Uggleparken.

  • A windmill slide and play structure
  • Three giant leaves to climb on
  • A grass themed rope climbing structure
  • An acorn play house
  • Stepping logs
  • A dendrophon and triangle to play music
Accessibility: This playground does not have accessible equipment.

Safety: The playground's main play space has rubber padding. The playground is not fenced in.

Shade: The playground is shaded by the trees around it.

Seating: There are benches in this playground.

Picnic area: There is a picnic area just next to the playground called Picnic Pavilion.

Restroom and changing table: The closet restroom is located in the restaurants in front of the Solliden stage.

Strollers and bikes: There is space to put your strollers but no specific place to park them.
