Hägerstensbadet

Surrounding area: Hägerstensbadet is located in Hägersten, south of Stockholm. There are some shops and restaurants near the Hägerstensåsen subway station and sometimes there is a concession stand open near the pool.


Rules:
  • Children under 12 must be with an adult
  • No diving
  • Entirely non smoking area
  • No alcohol
  • No pets
  • No barbecues/grills
  • No bicycle within the pool area
  • No pictures
  • Shower and wash before entering the pool

Features: This is a free public pool open Monday to Sunday, from 10 am - 6 pm. The pool and shower are heated by solar panels (The temperature may vary).
The pool features include:
  • A large 25 by 12.5 meter pool, 1-1.40 meters deep
  • A small climbing structure for children
  • A wading pool
  • Lounge chairs
  • A ping pong table
  • Shower
Safety: There are no lifeguards at this pool but staff trained in life saving procedures are on site during operating hours. All bathing is at your own risk. The wading pool is fenced in.

Shade: There are some trees in a grass area far from the pool.

Seating: There are benches near the pool.

Picnic area: There is no picnic area near the pool.

Restroom and changing table: There are restrooms and changing areas. Additional temporary toilets are available in the summer.

Strollers and bikes: There are bike racks and space to bring and park a stroller.
