Surrounding area: Lekplats Päronparken is inside Skansen Open-air Museum on the eastern side, behind Örtagården and next to Älvrosgården. It is a 10 minutes walk from the main entrance.

Age groups: The playground is most appropriate for preschool children.

Features: The playground was build in 2008. It was designed Annika Oskarsson and Thomas Nordström, a couple of Swedish artists.
The playground features include:
  • Three sheep to children to climb on
  • Stepping mushrooms
  • Stepping eggs
  • Two play houses
  • A small maze
  • A sluice
  • A play oven
Accessibility: This playground does not have accessible equipment.

Safety: The playground is partially fenced in by hedges. There is soft ground underneath the sheeps and the mushrooms.

Shade: There is some share from the pear trees in this playground.

Seating: There are benches in this playground.

Picnic area: There are several picnic areas in Skansen. The one next to Skansenbutiken in Logen is the closed to this playground.

Restroom and changing table: The closest bathroom are located in Toalett vid Vaktstugan.

Strollers: There is space to put your strollers but no specific place to park them.
